Routines make us feel comfortable. Routines in relationships make us feel secure; however when things fall out of place in those routines, it almost feels unhealthy to share space with the other person. You acquire addictions that feel so good in the moment, but drag the both of you down; and yet, you continue to fall in and out until someone can simply say, goodbye.
